COINSTORE.BD provides digital services, including but not limited to TikTok coin top-ups and video boosting (views, likes, followers, etc.). All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
3. Payments and Orders
- Users must provide accurate information, including Transaction ID (TrxID), WhatsApp number, and correct links.
- Payment must be made through our official local channels (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
- Orders are processed sequentially. Standard delivery time is 5-20 minutes, though it may vary during high demand.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods and services, all sales are final. Once a top-up or boost order has been initiated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, if COINSTORE.BD fails to deliver the service due to a technical error on our part, we will provide a full refund or service credit.
5. User Conduct & Limitations
- Users are prohibited from providing false information or attempting to manipulate the TrxID system.
- For boosting services, the TikTok video/profile must be Public. COINSTORE.BD is not responsible for failed orders on Private accounts.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
COINSTORE.BD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee viral success, as social media algorithms are beyond our control.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
